🏡About Us & Our Hosts

Milo’s Paws & Pals provides a home from home dog boarding service.

We provide home from home care for up to 6 dogs 🐶

Our hosts board one dog, or one family of dogs from the same household, at a time, ensuring safe, calm and personalised environment.

Our hosts are:

• Carefully vetted by Vicky Ferguson

• Approved by the Central Bedfordshire Licensing Team

• Fully Insured and Pet First Aid Trained

🫱🏻‍🫲🏻Meet & Greet Requirement

Before any booking is accepted, a consultation and meet & greet must take place at our home of the host’s home

For booking over 2 nights, a trial night is required.

📝Consultation Process

During the consultation, we will discuss:

• Medical History & Current conditions

• Behaviour & Treatment

• Exercise needs

• Feeding & Diet

• Daily routine

• Home environment & boarding requirements

All required paperwork will be completed at this stage.

'⚠️Owner Responsibility

Owners must provide full, accurate and honest information about their dog, including any behavioural traits (positive or negative).

Failure to disclose important information may result in:

• Immediate termination of the day

• Requirement to collect your dog early

We are not qualified behaviourists, but we will manage situations responsibly and may seek professional advice if needed.

📆Bookings & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required on the day of the meet & greet to secure your booking

• The remaining balance is due 10 days before the stay

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by Milo’s Paws & Pals

• Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking

Bookings are by appointment only.

We recommend booking early, especially during school holidays and peak periods, as spaces are limited.

💷Pricing

• Solo Boarding: £50 per day

• Trial Night: £45

• Overnight Boarding: £45 per day

• Second Dog (same household): £40 per day

• Doggy Day Care (8am - 6pm): £40 per day

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible in writing (via email or message).

Deposits are non-refundable unless Milo’s Paws & Pals need to cancel.

🐶Health & Welfare

• All dogs must have up to date vaccinations

• Puppies must have completed their second vaccination course

• Dogs must be treated for fleas, ticks and worms prior to arrival

If your dog becomes ill or injured:

• We will contact your vet or our registered vet if required

• You agree for us to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf

• All veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility

We strongly recommend pet insurance.

Milo’s Paws & Pals cannot be held liable for illness, injury or loss.

🐾Care Provided

We Provide:

• A safe, secure home environment

• Daily exercise (minimum two 30 minute walks where appropriate)

• Feeding & fresh water at all times

• Medication administration (if required)

• Companionship, enrichment & socialisation

🦴What Owners Must Provide:

Owners must supply:

• Food for the full stay

• Treats

• Bedding

• Lead, collar / harness

• Toys

• Poo Bags

• Medication & Instructions

• Any grooming items if required

📄Paperwork (Licence Requirement)

All clients must complete and sign:

• Terms and Conditions

• Consultation Form

• Behaviour Assessment

• Veterinary Release Form

• Off-lead Permission (if applicable)

• Privacy Notice

Failure to complete paperwork may result in refusal of service.

All client information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the care of your dog.
