🐾Meeting Your Host - How It Works

1. Meet & Greet (approx. 20 minutes)

You’ll meet your host, for a relaxed introduction. This is a chance to:

  • 🐾Tell us all about your dog’s routine, needs and personality

  • 🐾Ask any questions you may have

  • 🐾See where your dog will be staying (They will show you around the downstairs area)

2. Trial Night (24 Hours)

If everyone is happy following the meet & greet, we’ll arrange a trial night. This helps your dog settle in and ensures it’s the right fit for both sides.

Payment for the trial night is £45 (cash)

3. Securing Your Booking

Once the trial has been successful:

  • 🐾A deposit invoice will be sent to secure your holiday dates

  • 🐾The remaining balance is due the night before your booking starts

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, unless we need to cancel for any reason

Forms & Terms

You will be sent:

  • 🐾A Dog Registration Form

  • 🐾Our Terms & Conditions

These must be completed and signed before your dog’s stay

About our hosts

They have extensive experience caring for dogs

Their home has been inspected by Central Bedfordshire Council and is:

  • 🐾Fully Licensed for 3 years

  • 🐾Rated 5 ⭐ dog boarding
